St. Thomas Seeks a Parish Administrator

St. Thomas Episcopal Church has an immediate opening for a Parish Administrator.  Reporting to the Rector, the Parish Administrator provides full-time (30-hour), on-site management of the following business operations:  bookkeeping, administrative processes, facilities and property, and clerical and building maintenance support; this person will maintain accurate records and schedule and supervise office staff.  The Administrator works closely with the Rector and ministerial staff and supports the Vestry. They must have an appreciation for and knowledge of the Episcopal Church, must be proficient in Excel and Word and possess a knowledge of accounting practices with experience in finance, budgeting and internal controls.
